Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

Check your bank or credit card account first.

Contact your bank or credit card company if needed.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@brindarerival.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The exchange and replacement must be raised within 3 days of delivery. For exchanges, contact us at contact@brindarerival.com and send the item to the address shared over mail.

The exchanged and replaced product will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
